What it checks

Whether each tracking vendor fires on each funnel step: home, product, cart, checkout
Whether the purchase event carries a usable value and a valid currency
Duplicate events, duplicate account IDs, and reused event IDs
Checkout events firing on the purchase-confirmation page (which inflates your funnel)
Customer email or phone sent without hashing
Whether Meta browser events carry the event IDs that Conversions API deduplication relies on
Requests that failed to complete, and whether an ad blocker made the result unreliable

What it can and can't see

PixelAlert observes requests your browser makes to known tracking domains while you browse your own store. It does not read page content or form fields. If a tracking request itself carries a customer email, the extension drops it on capture and keeps only a note that it did. Shopify's hosted checkout pages are outside what any browser extension can observe. The daily server check (Pro) reaches the start of checkout, but not the payment step. And real customer purchases happen in your customers' browsers, not yours: neither the extension nor the daily check sees them. Full detail here.
